As I’ve mentioned before, I spend an obscene amount of time on computer. I usually have my laptop on my lap as I write, edit, email and do my social media. The result of my quest to cyber domination is the onset of bad posture. After watching a recent video (of myself) I noticed my shoulders were slightly hunched over. Yikes. These were my thoughts: A, that’s not cute, B, I’m WAY too young to have crappy posture, C, do I even need a C? I don’t think so. Here’s what I did to make things better: I went to Burke Williams (duh). Burke is now offering a new enhancement called the Dot.com which is designed to help open up pectoral muscles, release tension and basically make your posture better. The video below will give you a clear idea of what the service entails. Take a look!
For anyone else who thinks they might be suffering from the onset of hunchbackness, visit Burke and add this to your massage.
Cheers to not being hunchbacks!
Gotta Go!
